I use a clear, step-by-step approach, breaking down complex topics into manageable parts. Lessons may include explanations, guided practice, real-life examples (especially in health and social care), and regular check-ins to build confidence and understanding. I encourage questions throughout and create a calm, non-judgemental learning environment.
I have experience working with students across a range of subjects, particularly health and social care and maths, and I am confident supporting learners with additional needs, including SEN and ADHD. I adapt my pace, resources, and teaching methods to suit each student, using visual aids, repetition, and structured routines where helpful.
