Hey everyone, I'm Mo! I'm an LSE Economics graduate and a Maths and Economics teacher on the Teach First programme, so I spend my days teaching this exact subject and know what examiners are looking for.

My lessons run in an interactive virtual classroom on a shared whiteboard, where I draw out every diagram and model as we go, then share the notes as a PDF afterwards so you can keep learning once the lesson has ended.

My approach is to make things genuinely simple. I break a concept down into its basic parts and explain it in plain English, because once the underlying idea clicks, everything built on top of it gets easier, and it sticks far better than memorising diagrams or definitions you don't fully understand. Economics is often much simpler than it first looks once the core idea makes sense.

Before each lesson we'll agree the topics we're covering, so your time is always spent on what you actually need. From there we can mix content teaching and revision, past paper practice, and essay structuring, building both the exam technique and the data analysis needed for those A/A* marks.
