Nneka Onuoha

I am an English teacher with experience planning and delivering literacy lessons to diverse students. I have taught Years 1-11. I have also prepared students to sit for Cambridge IGCSE examinations in First Language English. I am a Certified Cambridge IGCSE FLE teacher as well as TEFL instructor. I also have a Post Graduate Diploma in Education. It is my joy to inspire my students to learn in their own way while making sure their academic goals are met. I ensure to make my lessons fun, engaging and tailored to specific student needs. I ensure feedback is provided for every task as well as adequate guidance and motivation to help my students become more proficient and confident in their abilities. I maintain a keen interest in the application of technologies in the teaching and learning process. I am constantly looking for ways to enhance my teaching abilities and remain abreast of trends by constantly attending trainings by the British Council and as such arm myself with current updates to better help my students achieve excellence in their educational pursuits.
