Life coaching focuses on moving forward. Together we will create practical steps that help you move closer to your goals between sessions.
5. Ongoing Support and Reflection
Each session gives you space to reflect on your progress, celebrate achievements, and adjust goals if needed. Coaching is a collaborative process where you remain in control of your journey.
But all our sessions are person centred approach so can be lead by you and what direction you want to go in.
