My goal is to promote Critical Thinking Skills and Problem Solving Skills through interactive point-based games and student-led activities. I integrate Technology to enhance the learning experience. I ensure an equitable classroom by fostering a Supportive & Empathetic environment and building rapport.


Content and Assessment:

I develop and tailor lesson plans and materials to your level of understanding. You will receive One on One Personalized Constructive Feedback. I monitor your progress through both
Formal & Informal Assessments. My approach is informed by my background in Critical Pedagogy and the importance of an Empathetic Approach in ESL/SLA classrooms.

I have extensive experience as an
ESL Facilitator (Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking) at MENTORS’ Dhaka and the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh. I also worked as an Elementary Educator. I hold a B.A. with
Cum Laude and completed a Foundation of Teaching and Learning certificate. My academic achievements include being
amongst the Top 10 Scholar Students and presenting papers at multiple academic conferences. I am highly skilled in leadership and a Research Enthusiast.
