The format depends on what you need:
— For writing, we edit or draft together live.
— For speaking, we do short timed drills and listen back.
— For exams, we attack real questions and fix the exact errors.
— For work or school tasks, we rehearse the real thing you must deliver.

There are no long lectures or extra theory, you learn by doing and improving in the moment. By the end of each lesson you leave with a short list of “do this next time” instructions so you can use the skill outside class.
