I enjoy solving problem together and conducting discussion with my students cause I believe it helps a lot in giving them better understanding. I will help my students to study all the lessons from the school and help or assist them in doing the homework. I like using analogy or real objects to help my students understand easily. Video presentation could be a useful tools in learning as well. I usually use presentation materials and handwriting on the paper for several formulas breakdown and explanation.
Every time I finish teaching my students, I prefer having an evaluation to see if they really get the lesson. Sometimes I do interactive quiz or questionnaire with my students so they get excited more about what they are going to learn and have learned.
I have several experiences in teaching and tutoring students when I was at University. Age range from 7 years old to University students but I personally prefer teaching young kids (primary and secondary school students). I enjoy teaching mostly about math and physics, as they are my basic knowledge that I have to excel at as an engineering student.
I believe with my personality that is fun, patient, and kind, I can make my tutor session become an interesting session to learn math for my students. I aim to make my students achieve better marks in the school as well, as it will be also my achievement in teaching them. Though I also value the process and the journey of learning.
