I like to structure my lessons based on the individual student, a lot of work we do will be verbal discussion to ensure students know their content and can recall on the spot, as well as this depending on the students level, I like to cover some of the common practice questions to ensure they know how tests and mark schemes work and what exactly they are looking for. I like to make sessions quite interactive so students stay engaged and enjoy getting to know each individual with a friendly chat to start with each lesson so they feel comfortable getting things wrong and knowing its okay not to know every answer!
