Coaching is different to teaching - I don't tell you what to do or what to say, you explore it yourself and create your own development plans. You know what your questions are and - while you may not realise it yet - you also hold all of the answers of how to move forward.

In the words of McFly, it's all about you!

Think of me as the guiding hand as you walk an unknown path. I'll help you to interpret signs and encourage you if things get tricky, but you are the navigator and pilot - I'm your support crew! I will ask you lots of questions, I might challenge you to look at things from a different perspective or from someone else's point of view. Through my experience as a coach I have access to a whole range of different techniques and models that will help you to achieve your goals. Together we will identify the ones that work for you and put them into practice. I'll probably even throw in some practical philosophy for good measure!
