Each session follows a dynamic, three-part format focused on immediate impact:
1. Live Challenge Deconstruction: We open with a specific scenario you are facing right now—whether navigating a difficult performance conversation, managing team pushback, leading organizational change, or prepping for a high-stakes board presentation.
2. Practical Framework Mapping: We map your challenge against battle-tested leadership models and behavioural frameworks (such as Choice Architecture, COM-B, and structural communication) to clarify root causes and build your strategy.
3. Deliberate Practice & Scripting: We work through the actual dialogue and decision paths together. You test your language, refine your approach, and receive direct, constructive feedback in a supportive, confidential space.

You leave every session with a clear, single-page action plan, refined templates, and specific behaviours to execute in your workplace. Between sessions, you also get asynchronous support to review live documents, strategic decks, or difficult emails.
