Typically, I begin by assessing your current understanding of the topic to identify strengths and areas that require extra attention. This ensures that each session is focused and efficient.

The format of my lessons includes a mix of clear explanations, practical examples, and interactive discussions. I believe economics is best understood by applying concepts to real-world scenarios, so I incorporate current events and case studies whenever possible. This approach helps make abstract ideas more tangible and relevant.

Depending on your level and goals, lessons will cover key OCR Economics syllabus topics, including microeconomics, macroeconomics, market structures, government policies, and data analysis. For GCSE students, I focus on building a solid foundation of core concepts, while for A-Level students, lessons dive deeper into theory and exam technique, including essay writing and data response questions.

I encourage students to ask questions throughout the lesson to ensure they fully grasp the material, rather than simply memorising facts. To reinforce learning, I provide practice questions, revision exercises, and personalised feedback. I also help develop exam strategies to boost confidence and performance under timed conditions.
