My lessons are interactive, engaging, and tailored to each student’s learning style. I use a mix of visual aids like PowerPoints and mind maps, alongside practical case examples, to make psychological concepts clear and memorable. I focus on helping students understand how theories apply in real-life contexts, from cognitive and behavioral psychology to developmental, social, and clinical topics.
I encourage active participation by asking questions, prompting discussion, and helping students reflect on the material. Lessons are flexible: we can focus on theory, research methods, experimental design, or exam preparation depending on the student’s goals. I adapt the pace and style to each learner, ensuring they feel confident and supported.
Although I haven’t taught formally, I have experience tutoring peers and mentoring students, which has given me insight into what works best for different abilities and learning preferences. My background—a BSc in Psychology with Criminology and an MSc in Clinical, Social, and Cognitive Neuroscience—gives me a strong foundation to explain topics from GCSE to A-Level and even university-level material.
My aim is to make learning psychology enjoyable, relatable, and empowering. Students leave my lessons with a stronger grasp of key concepts, improved critical thinking skills, and confidence to apply their knowledge in exams and everyday life. I want every student to feel curious, capable, and excited about psychology.
