Hello everyone,
My name is Nicola and I’m an Integrative Counsellor. That means I don’t believe there is a “one-size-fits-all” approach to wellbeing. Instead, I draw from different counselling methods and tailor my support to you as an individual — because everyone’s experiences, challenges, and goals are unique.
As students, you’re balancing a lot — academic pressure, friendships, family expectations, social media, future plans, and sometimes part-time work. It can feel overwhelming. My role is to provide a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly without judgement.
How I Can Support You
Emotionally:
• Understanding and managing feelings like stress, anxiety, sadness, anger, or overwhelm
• Building self-confidence and self-worth
• Developing healthier relationships
Mentally:
• Strengthening coping strategies
• Challenging negative thought patterns
• Improving focus, motivation, and resilience
Physically:
• Exploring how stress affects your body
• Supporting healthy routines like sleep, rest, and balance
• Encouraging mind–body awareness and self-care
Boundaries & Goals
A big part of personal growth is learning how to:
• Say “no” without guilt
• Communicate your needs clearly
• Protect your time and energy
Together, we can also:
• Set realistic, meaningful goals
• Break big challenges into manageable steps
• Build accountability and confidence as you achieve them
My aim isn’t to “fix” you — because you are not broken. My aim is to support you in understanding yourself better, building emotional strength, and creating a life that feels balanced and aligned with who you are.
You don’t have to navigate everything alone. Reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness.
I look forward to working with you.
