Some people prefer to learn by using the grammar framework, others by immersion. Another option is to use children's books as tools to slowly come to grips with the language.
Whatever works best for you is what I will apply.

As with any type of learning, there will be quite a lot of repetition. This ensures that whatever you learn really sticks and using the material you learned becomes easier as time progresses.

Because I am multilingual, I also like to use that experience to point out differences and similarities between your native language and the one you are trying to learn. Of course this does depend on how well I know your native language. Even though I do not teach these languages, I have experience with German, French, Brazillian Portuguese and Norwegian (all at different levels of proficiency).

Learning online lends itself particularly well for visual aids, such as videos, images, word comparisons, etc. I do like to use these and am happy to provide these to you after each lesson to help you memorise the material covered.

I provide the full language experience: listening, speaking, reading and writing. In order to be truly proficient in a language you have to master all four. If, however, you have a need for just one or a few of these, I can of course amend the material and my teaching style to suit.

My approach to teaching is one of support and positivity. Every small step is to be celebrated and built upon.
