At the present I am working as an ESL teacher in two departments — “Adults” (individual lessons, 20+) and “Kids Groups” (children 12-16 y.o.); each group has 2-4 students. All the lessons are online on a virtual class platform with built-in interactive lessons materials. Along with this, I integrate a lot of different materials into the learning process as well.

There is an important place and time for each skill, like listening, reading, and writing, but they all work together, like an orchestra, to afford a possibility to reach the one unique goal of students' learning process - communication.
So, everything I do at each class session should allow the students (directly or indirectly) to realise this purpose of their studying. Even writing is to communicate the idea the author had when he was writing the essay. Of course, talking about speaking and writing, I imply two productive skills, and they are to be preceded and supported by reading and listening heavily.
I am passionate about teaching because it is more interesting than most things to me. It is also one of the noble things, humans can do on the earth and the most powerful weapon that brings a positive change to many.

Having gone through around 5000 online lessons, I always keep learning to get adapted to the students’ variety of learning styles, abilities, and inclinations.
Besides creating a friendly and trustful atmosphere in each lesson, I do my best to render practical help to develop and improve communicative and listening skills.
