I have a background in psychology and counselling. I blend this seemlessly into my coaching practice to give the best of both worlds.
I didnt start this way, i spend years in sales but after a twist of fate i retrained as a counsellor and coach or "Therapeutic coach" as i have dubbed it and found my calling helping others. I have formal training in Counselling, life coaching, working with neurodiversity and supervision.
Ive since worked with hundreds of people from all walks of life with a variety of problems.

I provide a safe environment free to express how things have been and what you want to do about it now. Using a mixture of supportive evidence based techniques and practical approaches to help you get unstuck from where you are.

Ive been there, stuck knowing i need to get an assignment done but simple unable to get started or find the motivation to keep going. It took me a while to learn how to help myself (and im far from perfect at it) but i want to use that knowledge to help others move forward.

My coaching style is a mixture of understanding why you feel the way you do, as understanding makes it easier to do something about it. Then looking at practical evidence based techniques when you feel ready. This approach helps for areas such as Anxiety/Social anxiety, Low mood/Depression, self esteem work and low motivation as well as others.

I welcome people of all genders but specialise in Mens mental health by trade
