Ngozi Orji-Kalu

My names are Ngozi Rita Orji-kalu, and I am a passionate and dedicated early years educator with over ten years of experience working with preschool and lower primary learners. I enjoy creating a warm, supportive, and engaging learning environment where children feel confident to learn, participate, and express themselves freely.

My teaching skills include classroom management, communication development, phonics, pre-writing support, and helping children build strong foundational literacy and numeracy skills. I have experience working with children of different learning abilities and supporting them with patience, encouragement, and individualized learning strategies.

My lessons are mainly aimed at preschool and lower primary pupils who are developing early academic, social, and communication skills. I believe the best teaching format for young learners is an interactive and child-friendly approach that combines visual learning, storytelling, songs, games, demonstrations, and practical activities. I structure my lessons with a warm-up activity, introduction of the topic, guided practice, interactive participation, review, and a short closing activity to keep learners engaged and motivated.

My goal is to help children grow in confidence, independence, creativity, and develop a lifelong love for learning in a positive and supportive environment.
