For beginners, I am very patient and understanding giving them more time to construct their sentences. I also correct their mistakes without making them feel bad for them. With all those who are intermediate and advance, I do a lot of speaking and reading to build up their pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary level since unlike beginners they have already mastered the basics.
