My extensive experience teaching GCSEs to A Levels has shaped me into a patient, confident, and effective tutor. Every year, 90% of my A-Level pupils achieve A* grades, and 95% of my GCSE tutees score a 9. This outstanding success rate often earns them additional recognition as some of the best in the country. I am professionally trained and stay updated on the latest changes in the GCSE 9-1 grading system and A-Level university requirements.

As a qualified History, English, and Government and Politics tutor, I have achieved high results across a diverse range of students, including those in GCSE, IGCSE Key Stages, IB, university students, and adult learners. My extensive experience in teaching English Literature and Language covers a variety of texts, including poems, novels, and plays from all major exam boards and universities. This has equipped me with a deep understanding of specifications, writing skills, answering techniques, and language development methods for well-known boards.

I am frequently approached for last-minute revision help, intensive summer and half-term revision programs, long-term weekly tuition, and transformation of texts and coursework. My expertise extends to the challenging and dramatic transformation of Shakespeare's plays, the struggle for recognition in "Persepolis," the fight against patriarchy by Caryl Churchill, the depiction of the American Dream by John Steinbeck and Fitzgerald, and the complex relationship dramas by Tennessee Williams and Margaret Atwood, among others.

In History, I guide my students to understand topics thoroughly and introduce effective approaches to plan and execute their responses. I am well-versed in foreign policies, Western thinkers, constitutions, and major global movements. My teaching portfolio includes WW1, WW2, their after-effects, medical history, the Czar movement, the Black movement in the US, Imperial China, the journey from autocracy to dictatorship in Russia, the need for dictatorship in Germany, and the modernization of Britain. Whether discussing superpower relations or the Russian Revolution, I ensure my lessons are engaging and informative.
