I have worked within structured guidelines, ensured learners are performing to their best abilities and providing SEN support where needed. As well as leading a team to extract maximum performance out of learners with SEN needs and relaying valuable information to reduce barriers to learning.

In my previous role as a Learning Support Assistant, I was recognized by my principal for my ability to develop student-centric teaching plans based on each class's individual interests and needs. As a result, I was given the role of Progress Coach to help prepare apprentices for their transition to high education.

I can also speak Urdu, Punjabi and Mirpuri. My eye for detail and friendly personality are an asset to building relationships with learners of diverse cultural backgrounds. As well as providing a supportive and positive environment to help to boost you physically, cognitively and emotionally.

I would usually conduct a diagnostic text, then tailor my lesson that is better suited to the learning style of the individual and provide solutions to overcome barriers to learning.
