My lessons are conducted online, providing a flexible and convenient learning environment for primary school students. I encourage students to use paper and pen during our sessions, which helps them practice working through problems in a way that closely mirrors a traditional classroom and exam setting. This hands-on approach supports their understanding and retention of key concepts in maths.
One of the key feature of my tutoring style is its adaptability to each students individual needs and preferences. I tailor every lesson specifically to what the student wants to focus on. If they have particular topics they find challenging or homework they need help with, I make sure to address those areas thoroughly. On the other hand, if the student isn’t sure what to work on or how to improve. I take the initiative to plan and prepare lessons that introduce important topics relevant to their level. This ensures the lessons are structured and purposeful, helping them progress steadily in their learning.
Beyond the technical side of maths, I strive to create a positive and encouraging at where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, as I believe this is essential for growth and confidence. I bring enthusiasm and patience to every session, aiming to make maths enjoyable and accessible. Additionally, my experience volunteering with Edukid, a charity supporting children’s education in Peru, Cambodia, Uganda, has strengthened my commitment to helping young learners reach their full potential. Overall, my lessons are designed not only to improve maths skills but to build a strong foundation of confidence and curiosity in the subject.
