Naveena Rafiq

I have an experience of 3 years of teaching math as a profession. For last two years I am teaching in an IB school where I involve active learning instead of lecture and explanations where students make their own meaning of learning based on prior and existing knowledge. My role is to work as a demonstrator or facilitator for clearing misconceptions or errors made by learners.
Math is my passion and I try my best to teach with same enthusiasm to students who struggles with connecting their knowledge to their real life problems. In my class students are allowed to make series of own concepts rather then get dependent on the theories of learning which are being followed since decades. I prefer to let students think on their own as every individual has a different way of understanding new concept and its facts.
