Depending upon the student academic understanding of the subject, I design the format to reach students goals. Back in 2004 to 2006, I had conduct group discussion, one on one interaction, quiz, lecture, project work to make students understand the basics of Economics subject for O Level students. The challenge at that point of time was, the students didn't know about modes of transport, banks, industries, and so on as they lived in isolated islands of Maldives. I prefer tutoring one on one sessions, let be via chat or video conference like zoom and so on. It allows me to completely understand student current situation and discuss on their difficulties and challenges in understanding the subject. Based on the outputs, I prefer to design the discussion to be targeting the academic goals in Economics subjects.
