I create a relaxed, non-judgemental space where teens feel safe to talk openly and be themselves.
I see my role as meeting them where they are, building trust, and helping them move forward at their own pace.
Sessions are usually 45–60 minutes online.
We begin by exploring what’s going on for them — whether that’s anxiety, overwhelm, low confidence, or difficulties with organisation.
From there, we work together in a practical, flexible way.
This may include:
Breaking tasks into manageable steps.
Building simple organisation strategies.
Developing confidence and communication skills.
Managing anxiety and emotional overwhelm.
Creating realistic routines that feel achievable.
There is no rigid structure — I adapt each session to suit the individual, which is especially important for neurodiverse teens and young people.
?? My Experience & Approach
I began as a Youth Worker in 2001 and I can now bring many years of lived experience as a home-educating mum to four neurodiverse children. I also hold a Law Degree, have TEFL teaching experience, and have supported many young people informally through coaching and advocacy.
My approach is gentle, strengths-based, and focused on understanding — not “fixing.” I meet young people where they are and help them build confidence, independence, and self-awareness at their own pace.
I am currently welcoming new students and building testimonials.
