Hi, I'm Natalie! I'm a mechanical engineering student with a passion for making maths accessible and enjoyable. With over 4 years of tutoring experience, I've worked with GCSE students, developing tailored lesson plans and revision resources suited to each student's individual needs and learning style.

My own strong maths background, including early entry GCSE Maths, Further Maths, and A-Level Maths, means I know exactly what students need to succeed.

As a tutor, I've helped students build confidence, manage their workload, and develop a genuine understanding of the subject. I believe that every student learns differently, which is why I take time at the start to understand how each individual thinks and where they're struggling. From there, I build sessions around their specific needs, whether that's breaking down tricky concepts into manageable steps, working through past papers, or building a stronger foundation from the ground up.

I know from experience that confidence is just as important as knowledge when it comes to maths. Many of my students come to me feeling anxious or disheartened, and a big part of my role is helping them shift that mindset. I focus on making lessons feel supportive and pressure-free, so students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.

Beyond the content itself, I also help students develop stronger study habits, better time management, and effective revision strategies they can carry into their exams and beyond. I want every student to leave not just with better grades, but with real skills and genuine confidence in their ability.
