I have 2 years experience teaching healthcare.
I have experience teaching social prescribing, teaching mental health and wellbeing to staff and to learners in a college environment for their own personal development.
My sessions have mini quizzes and interactive elements, videos and mix a variety of different teaching techniques to assess your learning as we are going along. The end of each session ends in a quiz to solidify the learning and for me to assess your knowledge and determine how well you are able to apply the learning. There may also be a task set for post session work to assess your ability.
Your knowledge is assessed in a variety of ways such as written questions, short written pieces, professional discussion and in presentations. You may also present work in poster format if applicable.
The purpose of all work is to ensure that you are able to apply knowledge and retrieve it when you need it. So revision preparation for tests is equally as important, so we can also prepare a programme for this for you too.
