I have been teaching Mixed Martial Arts for over 3 years. I have been training for over 6 years with international competition experience amassing over 18 gold medals with over 100 matches predominantly in Brazilian jiu jitsu and Grappling tournaments. I have also attained a Brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

I teach 1-2-1 private sessions to anyone that wants to become proficient in Mixed Martial Arts which includes various combat sports such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

My students range from beginner level to advanced. I teach people that want to learn for self defense, for competition, for fitness or simply as a hobby to enjoy.

My sessions typically include a initial 10 minute warmup which consists of exercise specifically designed to stimulate all the muscles. This is followed by 40 minutes of teaching my client the technical aspects of the art and then concluding with 10-15 minutes of optional light to hard sparring.
