My lessons are clear, supportive, and adapted to each student’s needs. I usually begin by identifying what the student is currently studying, where they feel confident, and where they feel stuck. From there, we work through the topic step by step, using simple explanations, guided examples, and practice questions.
In statistics and probability, I focus on helping students understand the logic behind the methods, not just memorize formulas. We may work on topics such as probability rules, distributions, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, regression, data interpretation, or exam preparation. When useful, I also include fun real-life examples and data-based exercises to show how statistics is applied in practice.
My online lessons are interactive. Students are encouraged to ask questions, explain their thinking, and try problems during the lesson. I can help with homework, assignments, revision, test preparation, or building general confidence in mathematics and statistics. I am patient and happy to explain a concept in different ways until it makes sense.
I have a Master’s degree in Mathematics with a specialization in Applied Statistics and several years of university teaching experience, including introductory statistics and applied statistics. I have also worked as a data analyst using tools such as R, Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
My goal is to create a relaxed learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and gradually becoming more independent and confident.
I also provide follow-up guidance after lessons, so students know exactly what to practise next and how to continue improving independently.
