I would love to speak to students and/or their parents before any lessons to get to know their strengths and weaknesses. Based on the information discussed within this meeting I would plan sessions around the topics they need the most help with.
I would use my knowledge from GCSE and A level maths to help them improve and become more confident in subjects areas they may struggle with. I will also use my knowledge from my experience with children, in a primary school and health care settings, to change lessons based on the age of the child.
