Working in schools over 15 years, trained autism’s lead, personal development level 3 trained with flexible skills and levels to suit all students needs and abilities. Students individuals needs are met and lessons tailored to improve outcomes and boost learning progress. With clear and consistent instruction students get to choose what and how lessons are structured to meet their learning objectives. Listening to students desire and preferred methods of learning helps to identify and develop a learning plan to improve performance. Creating lessons to suit individual needs always improves the learning experience and brings students to a comfortable place of learning. Consistency and patience are key skills to develop coherent learning with strong strategies and clear practice, students are encouraged to use their own skills to achieve success and improve grades. No child is left behind and there’s a plan for each child which ensure positive outcomes and 99% pass rates. Creating a safe and secure environment for all children to thrive and grow with effective learning opportunities and resources to support all levels of learning. There is a suitable timetable for each individual student with one to one lessons to enhance their progress and improve on their individual strengths and weaknesses. Recognising students needs and maintaining positive relationships with communication is key to a successful learning outcomes in every lesson. Student have choices and every opportunity is given to working together to achieve success and improvement with grades. Student comes first in every lesson. Every child matters no one is left behind.
