Being in the field of education as an online and physical teacher, I have gained enough experience to handle students of every grades.
I manage my primary and secondary students differently. There is always enough discussion and visual explanation on any concept for former category of students before we move towards assessments.
For GCSE and Secondary level, once the topic is completed I always focus on rigorous practice from Past Papers to help them score best grades.
I provide notes, summary notes and quick revision notes for each subject. With the help of a graphic tablet and pen, questions and concepts are explained on the shared screen using a meeting software(Zoom, google meet or MS Teams) so that students can understand them clearly and feel like a real-time classroom environment.
