An inspiring, self- motivated and target driven educator with over 40 years experience ( in teaching students of all ages - across the Key Stages) and adults. With a strong awareness of varied learning styles, approaches and equipped with appropriate resources,I take pride in embedding fun and yet delivering my lessons in a precise and methodological way. To make the learning experience an enjoyable journey for a pupil has always been my motto.I like to include,ditties,anecdotes,role-play and personal stories as examples.Being a passionate advocate for maximising learning outcomes, I feel it is extremely valuable to be helping a learner to develop skills, resilience and form good habits that they can continue to use throughout their order to ignite curiosity and thirst for knowledge, it is my responsibility to assess prior learning, organise student learning, eliminate any doubts or confusion and establish coherence. By monitoring and reinforcing major key points ,it's easy to review and charter a students' learning and progression . As opined, " A child of today is a citizen of tomorrow ." A dedicated teacher equips a student with skills for a brighter future. I like to believe I am one.
