Hey! I'm Naida - mindset & transformation coach for high-achievers, solopreneurs and graduates.

Our 1:1 sessions are dynamic and interactive, we start by figuring out where you're stuck, and what actions or steps you need to take to get you unstuck and on track.

We use presentation slides, worksheets, and creative exercises to tackle challenges and make breakthroughs. I'll listen without judgement, provide feedback and guidance, and actionable suggestions to make progress.

Session material includes:

- creating your version of success
- building better systems for focus/time management
- finding your purpose with more alignment & fulfilment
- generating more confidence vs. imposter syndrome and limiting beliefs

We work on a goal, limiting belief or habit you want to change - and I'll create a plan of action designed to give you direction.

All calls are recorded with a summary transcript and action points to move forwarsd. Whether it's a one-off session or a series, you'll create your own personal tool-kit and map to get from A to B with a lot more confidence and clarity.
