My experience is teaching is drawn from my experience in practice where my working and practical experience in accounting, finance, maths, english and careers coaching is used to explain key concepts in my lessons to students.
My approach is one that starts with the firstly understanding what your end goal is, connecting that to my related experience and then working with you to plan a clear direction through setting SMART goals which translate as (S)pecific , (M)easurable, (A)chievable, (R)ealistic and (T)ime-Bounded.
Once we agree on the WHAT? and the WHY? , we then agree on the HOW? and the WHEN? to make sure that throughout the process, both you and I are clear on expectations and progress and my style is to have regular reviews at several points to make sure that I am not going too fast ahead before you have assimilated the relevant information.
Finally, if you succeed, I succeed too so I am very keen to make this work and will make every effort to help you. I have been through professional accountancy exams before and have also done practical training so I have what it takes to help you succeed.
