First lesson through findtutors free.

The content, format and dynamics of my lessons will be fully adapted to the student’s requirements. I have tutored people of all ages and levels and will assess whether my experience and style are a fit for the student on a case by case basis.

I am happy to tutor utilising Communicative Language Teaching (CLT), Task-Based Instruction (TBLT), and the Direct Method based on the student’s needs.

For students learning German within a school / uni setting and requiring tutoring to reach a certain grade: I will need to be provided with an overview of your current learning materials so we can directly build on that.

For casual learners: We can focus on conversational German, developing your speaking and listening skills over reading and writing (if preferred).

For professional learners: I will need an overview of your job role and in what capacity your language skills will be required so we can tailor the lessons around that.

After the initial introduction we will determine where you are on your learning journey and agree on how I can help you / your child succeed. We will discuss how lessons will be delivered and decide on milestones along the way. I’ll happily answer any questions you may have and we’ll end the initial session agreeing on whether you’d like to go ahead with me as a tutor.
