About me

I have 3 years teaching experience in an Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ school where I was promoted to Key Stage 3 Science Coordinator. I have experience teaching triple and combined science and A-Level chemistry. I teach the AQA syllabus but I have also been an exam marker for Edexcel GCSE science so I know exactly how to answer their exam questions.

Evidence-based pedagogy is at the heart of my teaching so there will be a lot of fact recall to embed facts as well as exam practice to learn how to answer questions.

I take pride in challenging my students and making sure they fulfil (or even excel beyond!) their potential.

I used to struggle with anxiety around exams but Nadia raised my confidence through lots of past paper practice. I have already done my Paper 1 for all three sciences and I am feeling so confident and looking forward to finishing the rest of the exams.
