As a recent post undergraduate student, I understand what makes a great lesson. This is why I like to ensure that the lessons are involving and engaging with/for the child. The lesson will begin with how the child feels about their work currently, by addressing points that need to be improved upon which in turn, will allow for a clearer view of their academic goals.
In my experience, practice exam questions are extremely important as they indicate areas of testing that are likely to appear in exams. Because of this, I believe that by going through these questions and topics in detail with my student, this will get them the best grade they can.
