Myesha Hussain Hussain

I am a friendly, patient and enthusiastic tutor who aims to make every lesson engaging, supportive and tailored to the individual student. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style, pace and activities to suit their needs and build their confidence.

My lessons are structured but interactive. I usually begin by reviewing previous learning and identifying any areas the student is unsure about. I then introduce new content in a clear and simple way, using examples and explanations before giving the student opportunities to practise independently. I encourage students to ask questions and make mistakes, as I believe this is an important part of learning. Towards the end of the lesson, I recap the key points and check understanding so the student leaves feeling confident about what they have learned.

As a student myself, I understand the pressures of exams and the importance of having a tutor who is approachable and easy to communicate with. I have experience explaining topics to others through school, revision and supporting younger students, and I have developed strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

My goal is not simply to help students memorise information, but to help them understand it and develop effective study skills they can use independently. I will always encourage and motivate my students while celebrating their progress, no matter how small. I want every student to finish a lesson feeling more confident and capable than when they started.
