I create a supportive, relaxed space where students feel comfortable sharing their challenges. Each session is tailored to the student - whether that’s working on study skills, managing exam stress, building confidence, or developing routines that stick.
Lessons are interactive and practical: we’ll set clear goals together, break tasks into manageable steps, and use psychology-informed strategies (like CBT techniques, organisation tools, or confidence-building exercises). I draw on 4+ years of experience across schools, CAMHS, and therapeutic settings, and I adapt my approach to each student’s age, personality, and needs.
You can expect a mix of guided discussion, hands-on activities, and personalised resources to take away - so progress continues between sessions. Most importantly, lessons are collaborative: I work with you to build skills that last, not just quick fixes.
