Mushtariy Rustamova

Hello, my name is Mushtariy and I am a passionate, patient, and supportive educator with a strong background in pedagogy and psychology. I studied Natural Sciences at an academic lyceum, completed my Bachelor’s degree in Preschool Education, and obtained a Master’s degree in Education Management with a focus on pedagogy and psychology.

I have professional experience working with children aged 6–7 in kindergarten and teaching university students subjects related to pedagogy and psychology. This experience has helped me understand how students learn at different ages and how to adapt my approach to each learner’s needs.

My lessons focus on improving study techniques, motivation, self-confidence, and time management skills. I use simple explanations, practical strategies, and interactive discussions to help students develop effective and sustainable learning habits.

My teaching style is calm, friendly, and student-centred. Lessons are fully personalised according to each student’s goals, learning style, and pace. I especially enjoy working with primary and secondary school students who need guidance, structure, and motivation in their studies.

I am currently improving my English and preparing for IELTS, which allows me to understand the challenges learners face and support them with empathy and patience. I also focus on creating a positive learning environment where students feel safe, motivated, and encouraged to grow academically and personally.
