I teach Maths (GCSE and functional skill) and Accountancy (all levels). My teaching style is activity based learning where I present and then demonstrate the activities followed by student's turn to apply. Although I expect students to do activities (to learn) but I also regularly monitor (assess for learning) their work and find opportunities to intervene (to clarify misconceptions identified).
