My lessons are designed to be engaging, student-focused, and goal-oriented. I begin each session by identifying specific areas where the student needs support, whether that’s understanding key themes in English Literature, improving essay structure, or tackling complex ethical theories in Philosophy and Religion. I use a mix of discussion, active questioning, and written practice to ensure students not only understand the content but also feel confident applying it in assessments. I adapt my teaching style to suit individual learning preferences, whether a student learns best visually, verbally, or through hands-on practice. With over a year of tutoring experience, I’ve worked with students aged 13–19 across a range of abilities and exam boards. I also provide regular feedback and study strategies to help students become more independent learners. My aim is to create a supportive, positive environment where students feel motivated, capable, and ready to meet their academic goals.
