Work history:
I volunteer at a Saturday School every Saturday. I work with kids aged between 3 and 13, helping them with general classwork and doing tasks round the class. This makes me already fit to be a tutor as I have worked with kids before and have the experience of how to teach them.
I completed my work experience at Two Mile Ash primary school in November 2025. I was there for a week, working with a Year 3 class, explaining their work during lessons in all subjects especially in Maths and English which they had every day. I am a patient teacher and receive positive feedback from all my students.
I am predicted a grade 7 in both English Language and English Literature currently working at that level in both subjects. I have achieved silver in the Junior Maths Challenge, Bronze and Silver both in the Intermediate Maths Challenge by UKMT. I am also a grade 8 Maths student, studying further maths with a predicted 9 in Maths.
Overall, this makes me one of the best possible candidates you could pick to be an English or Maths tutor for young kids, as I have worked with them before and still work with them weekly, meaning I know how they should be treated and how to work with them, as well as being smart and well educated in both English and Maths making me one of the best tutors you could find for young kids.
