Dear reader,

I am writing to express my interest in youth development, behaviour mentoring, student wellbeing, and educational support opportunities within your organisation. With more than ten years of experience working with teenagers and secondary school students, I have developed strong skills in communication, mentoring, classroom leadership, and emotional support. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with young people facing academic, behavioural, and personal challenges, helping them build confidence, responsibility, and self-belief. In addition to my teaching background, I am a certified NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner, and Trainer, and I facilitate personal development workshop for youth under the title “A freedom to Be Myself”. This workshop focus on identity, emotional awareness, confidence building, and positive decision-making. Alongside my educational experience, I have also worked for several years as a football assistant referee at second-league level in Israel, which strengthened my discipline, leadership, communication, and ability to make calm decisions under pressure. I am passionate about supporting young people and creating positive, safe, and empowering environments where students can grow both personally and academically. I would welcome the opportunity to contribute my experience, energy, and commitment to your team.
