I’m an experienced finance and strategy professional with more than fifteen years working in FP&A, private equity–backed businesses, and senior leadership roles. Having built and led high-performing FP&A teams, I’ve developed a strong track record in mentoring analysts, supporting early-career professionals, and helping people build confidence in the technical and commercial skills needed to progress in the finance profession.

My background spans financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting, M&A support, valuation, board-level reporting, and data-driven decision making. I’ve led major planning cycles, delivered investor materials, and managed complex transformation projects, giving me a practical, real-world foundation for helping others understand not just the “how” but also the “why” behind great financial analysis.

I also bring deep technical expertise in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce, and I’m comfortable coaching students and professionals at all levels—from foundational concepts through to advanced modelling, dashboarding, and scenario analysis. Beyond technical training, I regularly support people with CV preparation, interview coaching, and case-study practice, particularly for FP&A, finance manager, analyst, commercial finance, and investor-facing roles.

My coaching style is structured, pragmatic, and tailored to the individual. I aim to demystify complex topics, build confidence quickly, and ensure that every session is anchored in real examples from industry.
