I design my lessons to be clear, engaging, and tailored to each individual student. At the beginning, I take time to understand where you’re at — your strengths, areas for improvement, and your academic goals. From there, I create a structured plan that targets the topics you find most challenging while building confidence in the areas you already understand.
Each lesson is interactive and encourages active participation. I combine detailed explanations with worked examples, followed by guided practice and independent problem-solving. I also use past paper questions to help you become familiar with exam formats and develop strong exam techniques. Whether we’re reviewing the basics or tackling high-level material, I make sure the content is accessible and broken down step by step.
My approach is flexible depending on how you learn best — whether that’s through visuals, repetition, discussion, or practice. I regularly check in to see how you’re finding the pace and content, and I’m always open to feedback. Between lessons, I provide homework or revision tasks to help reinforce what we’ve covered.
I’ve worked with a wide range of students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), students with low prior attainment, and those preparing for GCSEs and A-Levels. I understand that everyone learns differently. I aim to create a supportive, motivating environment where students feel confident asking questions and making progress. I also offer discounts for students eligible for Free School Meals (FSM) or from low-income households, as I believe quality education should be accessible to everyone.
