For my lessons, I will focus on the particular needs of the person that I am tutoring to help them succeed. Using this, I will create presentations to go through with the child to help them understand the topic, following with tasks for the child to complete, which I will be there for support when needed. I will also fit my tutoring around the child, and how they work and gain information best. When in person, I am patient and understanding of the children I am working with, and will copy this when working online. I have had experience tutoring before, with family and family friends which helped them to catch up with things in school, because they worked at different paces. I would not expect the child I am tutoring to understand all content straight away, but I will do my best to get to that point. I would continuously ask if they understood, and would continue to go over things if there was any sort of misunderstanding.
