Every learner is different — we all retain information in different ways. I tailor my teaching approach to suit each student’s individual learning style so they can understand, remember and apply their knowledge with confidence.
A key focus of my tutoring is developing a strong understanding of SQA command words. This forms the foundation for answering exam questions correctly and accessing marks. We will work through real exam questions, course content and practise how to apply knowledge effectively to case-study scenarios.
With personal experience in the subject, classroom teaching, SQA marking and verification, I know exactly what examiners are looking for and how students can maximise marks.
