I'm a qualified life coach with a psychology-informed background and years of experience supporting students through some of life's most challenging moments. My coaching is warm, structured, and built entirely around *you*.

Each session is a private one-on-one Zoom call, offering a completely judgement-free space to speak openly. We don't just talk; we act. Every session is anchored by your personalised goals and aims, so you always leave with clarity and concrete next steps. I also provide tailored worksheets and exercises to keep your progress going between sessions.
