Molly Elliott

My coaching sessions are engaging, inclusive and designed to help every player develop their technical ability and confidence. I have over seven years of coaching experience at Tottenham Hotspur where I primarily worked in primary schools delivering fun, structured sessions for children of all abilities. I believe in creating a positive learning environment where players feel encouraged to challenge themselves, make decisions and enjoy the game. Every sessions is well organised, age appropriate and focused on developing fundamental football skills, teamwork, and a love for the sport, while ensuring every child feels supported and involved. I always adapt my coaching style to suit the age, ability and individual needs of the players, ensuring everyone is challenged at the right level while still enjoying the session. My coaching philosophy is centred around developing confident, creative and resilient players who are not afraid to make mistakes and learn from them. I use a variety of engaging practices, games, and match based scenarios to keep players motivated and maximised learning through realistic football situations. Alongside technical development, I place a strong emphasis on communication, respect and team work, helping players build valuable life skills both on and off the pitch. My aim is for every players to leave each session having improved, gained confidence, and most importantly, enjoyed their football experience.
